Construct UK is delighted to be supporting South East Construction Expo once again.

October’s event will welcome industry professionals who will visit to meet and work with major projects, house builders, developers and local authorities. Apart from the product and service demonstrations, a free-to-all one-to-one ‘Meet the Buyer’ programme, and the annual Awards ceremony, the event includes a packed seminar programme including:

  • Leading the New Different – What does it mean to the housing and construction sectors?

  • What the construction industry has to gain by adopting new digital technology
    Is the current crisis an opportunity for positive change? How AI can automate tasks and improve productivity. Why Architectural technologists have a vital and rapidly developing role.   • Experts’ view on the economy and the outlook and opportunities for construction
    Panelists: Florence Hubert, Bank of England; Neil Edwards, Chief Executive, Builders Conference; Tim Hague, Director of Property and Infrastructure, Shoreham Port. Neil will give a review of construction contracts in the South East and nationally; Florence will discuss recent developments in the UK economy; and Tim will look at developments for Shoreham Port.
