of survey data from some of the UK’s largest contractors, as well as data from Barbour ABI’s database of contracts, awarded in that month or 12-month period. All tables include contracts worth £100k or more, as well as tendered and negotiated contracts, but exclude frameworks and masterplans. Included is also a summary section outlining the biggest changes in rankings from all of the tables.
Some highlights include:
- Six new entrants to the Contractors league table within the first ten places.
- Esso Petroleum is the top client for October with the award of the Fawley Refinery upgrade works at an expected value of £800 million.

- Fluor Limited took the top contractor spot as they were appointed by Esso Petroleum to carry out works on the Fawley Refinery.
