The ‘Top Performers’ index provides details of the top 50 main contractors and specialist services sub-contractors in Ireland, ranked by global turnover and presented in table format. Two additional indices are provided to break out the overall list into two further tables, one containing the top 30 main contractors and one containing the top 20 specialist services sub-contractors.
Topping the list is John Sisk & Son, retaining its number one position from the previous year. Second place was also unchanged with Mercury Engineering holding on to the position, but BAM Contractors Ltd have dropped from third to fourth, with their previous place being taken by Jones Engineering Group.

A separate ‘Top 50 Irish Contractors’ league table was published in June by Construction Magazine as a standalone 150 page special edition. In addition to listing the Top 50 CIF Contractors, it includes listings of the Top Exporting Contractors, Top Irish Market Contractors, and Top M&E Contractors, as well as listings of the largest contracts and planning applications awarded during the year. This edition can be viewed here.
The Construct UK Sales & Marketing Directory hosts over 75 articles, 1,000 construction events and 30 different databases for download. The annual £195 (+VAT) subscription fee provides unlimited access to all resources on the site.
