Linkcity (part of Bouygues) has been selected by Southwark Council for its Tustin Estate scheme. The scheme will contain 689 new homes, including 420 council homes including keyworker homes, around 50 shared equity properties, and about 220 homes for sale. The project also includes a central park, several refurbishments of existing council homes and at least 1,800 sqm of commercial floorspace.
The design team includes architects dRMM, Adam Khan, JA Projects, and Exterior Architecture.
Construction will begin late in 2022 and is planned to complete in summer 2028.
