Finedale Construction has been appointed as the main contractor on a £3,000,000 residential development in Lincolnshire.
Located in Grimsby, in a popular residential area, the former derelict private tennis club will now be home to 14 detached modern houses. As the site has been derelict for some time, Finedale will first be clearing and leveling the land, before commencing on the construction itself.
Finedale Construction are acting as the Main Contractor and will therefore be responsible for the complete build from inception to completion. The scheme has a 20-month duration and is due to commence imminently.
