….. the CIS Research team have been working to engage with their substantial network of industry contacts to establish the state of play in the construction industry. Over the last 10 weeks, they have conducted an extensive exercise focusing on all construction projects in excess of €5m which were on site pre-COVID19 in order to establish when these will recommence.
The aim of providing the research is to provide as much information for customers to help them get back on track right quickly and target the available opportunities.
The research found that 575 projects worth over €5m were on site pre-COVID-19 and that there is now an intention for 237 of these projects to recommence work from 18th May. 56% of the identified projects are residential.
