Following Highways England’s award of the Smart Motorways Alliance contract, the Alliance is holding a virtual supply chain briefing event on Monday 24th August.

The event will provide an overview of the Alliance, information regarding its supply chain strategy and its future procurement programme on behalf of the Alliance Partners during the duration of the Alliance contract. An estimated £4.5bn worth of works will be undertaken to deliver the programme (an overview of the programme can be downloaded here).

This event is aimed at helping to inform the market place of the Smart Motorways Alliance (following its award) as well as to provide visibility of future procurement opportunities and support potential future tendering planning.
