2018 Categories
1 – best sustainable scheme or initiative
2 – best customer satisfaction initiative
3 – best regeneration initiative
4 – best refurbishment project
5 – best community initiative
6 – best marketing initiative
7 – best training or recruitment initiative
8 – best retirement scheme
9 – best design for three storeys or fewer
10 – best design for four storeys or more
11 – sustainable housebuilder of the year
12 – subcontractor / services provider of the year

**HOUSEBUILDER OF THE YEAR – all entrants to categories 1-11 will be entered into the HOUSEBUILDER OF THE YEAR categories and these will not be open to separate entries.
