Details include named senior contacts addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses.
We are pleased to confirm that we have just published the latest versions of our UK building and quantity surveying practices databases.
These editions identify a single senior named contact at over …..
….. 180+ of the UK’s larger Building Surveying Practices and 170+ Quantity Surveying Practices. Where a multi-disciplinary firm is included in both databases, the identified contacts will be different and will have been selected in accordance with the relevant discipline of each database.
Our databases of named buyers at 500+ UK contractors and housebuilders and named senior contacts at 1,200+ UK architectural practices are accessible from the DOWNLOADS page – or via our SHOP for non-subscribers
Both databases have seen a considerable number of changes compared to the 2018 versions, with many of the entries having been amended or removed to reflect mergers, address changes and cessations, etc.
In addition to the contact name, the information for each entry also includes address, telephone number, website, and email address. In terms of name-specific email addresses, the Building Surveyors database has approximately 91% and the Quantity Surveyors has approximately 88% (with the balance in each case being made up of generic addresses such as info@.., practice@… or via website).
Updated in August 2019, our Named Buyers at UK Housing Associations Database includes contacts at over 500 Key Housing Associations, ALMOs, TMOs, etc., accounting for approximately 3.8 million housing units.
As regular users will know, we are gradually expanding the information contained in the numerous databases we publish to include LinkedIn and Twitter contact information, where known. This update has extended this information to the Building Surveying Practices database for the first time. Last September, Building published their latest league table of the UK’s top 50 Quantity Surveyors, and those which appear in the database have been marked accordingly.
Subscribers may download the databases via the Marketing to Building Surveyors or the Marketing to Quantity Surveyors features. Non-subscribers may purchase the two databases for a total of £60 + VAT from our Shop.
The Contruct UK sales and marketing directory hosts over 75 articles, 1,000 construction events and 30 databases for download. The annual £195 (+ VAT) subscription fee provides unlimited access to all resources.
